The Winners are Chosen!

After months of preparation the 5 final contenders for the 10 week fitness makeover with the Hamilton Spectator have finally been selected!

I can’t disclose everything yet, but I can say that reader involvement in this project is going to be HUGE and I think it is going to be an incredible ride.  Stay tuned for this exciting project!

You Be The Judge - Spec Fit

As most of you know by now, I’ve been chosen as one of 5 trainers to participate in a 10 week fitness makeover project with the Hamilton Spectator called Spec Fit. 

Now, we’ve finally narrowed the list down from almost 360 applications to 10 lucky finalists and YOU get to decide two of the five winners!

Spec Fit - YOU Choose the Finalists

As many of you know, I’ve been chosen as one of five trainers to participate in an upcoming ten week fitness makeover in the Hamilton Spectator.

This week the Hamilton Spectator staff have narrowed it down from approximately 360 applications to 10 lucky finalists. 

Now YOU get to have your say!

From the final 10 we need to narrow it down to 5 and YOU get to vote to pick two of the winners.
