Nutrex Solutions was created in 2002 to help people lose weight, become healthy, or just plain improve their physical appearance.  Using our cutting edge system our goal is to help you reach levels of fitness you thought were impossible and, more importantly, to stay that way.

Mark Young

Mark is an exercise and nutrition consultant and president of Nutrex Solutions Private Personal Training.  He has a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology from McMaster University.  He also studied exercise physiology at the graduate level as part of the world renowned Exercise Metabolism Research Group at McMaster.  This strong academic background gives Mark the ability to wade through the complex world of scientific journals and translate research into measurable results.

Since launching Nutrex Solutions in 2002 Mark and his team have been changing lives and creating jaw-dropping results for their clients through scientifically designed exercise and nutrition programs.

Mark regularly presents corporate seminars for companies such Baxter Healthcare, Meridian Credit Union, and Scotiabank.  He has received attention from local media and has been featured as an expert on The CH News at Noon and, more recently, been featured several times in the Hamilton Spectator.  Currently Mark is one of five trainers taking part of in a 10 week fitness makeover project called Spec Fit.  You can read his blogs and those of his faithful Spec Fit cadet as he goes through his life changing transformation HERE.

Mark is also the owner of markyoungtrainingsystems.com which is a website geared towards advanced trainees and other serious personal trainers.

Stacey Nolan Young

Stacey is an ISSA Certified personal trainer and an integral part of the Nutrex Solutions team.  She provides clients with exceptional personalized training programs and her genuine desire for her clients to succeed is unparalleled in this industry.  She is also largely responsible for bringing the nutrition programs to life and creating real meals that taste great and are easy to prepare in a fast paced world.
